Castplas Plexiglass – High Performance in Cast Acrylic

Surface: Glossy, matte, frosted and special textured options
Color: Transparent, opaque and wide color scale
Thickness Range: 1.5 mm – 30 mm
Dimensions: 1220x2440 mm, 2050x3050 mm (custom size cutting is possible)

Thermoforming Compatibility: Suitable for thermoforming
Heat Resistance: 90–100 °C for short periods, 70–80 °C for continuous use

Heat Treatment and Forming Information
Castplas sheets soften when heated under controlled heat and can be shaped according to molds. They are suitable for processes such as laser cutting, CNC machining, bending, vacuum forming, and hot-line bending.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To prevent scratching of Plexiglass surfaces and ensure long-lasting use, it is recommended to clean them with a microfiber cloth and appropriate cleaning solutions.
